安装和使用局部通风机和风筒应遵守下列规定：
The installation and use of local ventilation fans and ducts should comply with the following regulations:
（一）局部通风机必须由指定人员负责管理，保证正常运转。
（1） Local ventilation fans must be managed by designated personnel to ensure normal operation.
（二）压入式局部通风机和缆接地箱 隔离墩模具 保定电动门 铜狮子 u型槽模具 SMT贴片焊接 收费岛模具 水泥井模具启动装置，必须安装在进风巷道中，距掘进巷道回风口不得小于10m；全风压供给该处的风量必须大于局部通风机的吸入风量，局部通风机安装地点到回风口间的巷道中的最低风速必须符合《煤矿安全规程》第一百零一条的有关规定。
（2） The pressure type local ventilation fan and starting device must be installed in the intake tunnel, and the distance from the return air outlet of the excavation tunnel shall not be less than 10m; The air volume supplied by the full air pressure at this location must be greater than the suction air volume of the local ventilation fan. The minimum wind speed in the roadway between the installation location of the local ventilation fan and the return air outlet must comply with the relevant provisions of Article 101 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.
（三）高瓦斯矿井、煤（岩）与瓦斯（二氧化碳）突出矿井、瓦斯矿井中高瓦斯区的煤巷、半煤岩巷和有瓦斯涌出的岩巷掘进工作面正常工作的局部通风机必须配备安装同等能力的备用局部通风机，并能自动切换。当正常工作的局部通风机故障时，备用局部通风机能自动启动，保持掘进工作面正常通风。
（3） High gas mines, coal (rock) and gas (carbon dioxide) outburst mines, coal tunnels in high gas areas of gas mines, semi coal rock tunnels, and rock tunnels with gas emission must be equipped with backup local ventilators of equal capacity and be able to automatically switch. When the normal working local ventilation fan fails, the backup local ventilation function automatically starts to maintain normal ventilation of the excavation face.
