离心风机是一台结构繁杂的机器设备，关键有进气口、电动风阀、离心叶轮、电机、通风口构成。在不一样的情况下，离心风机的作用也不相同。因而，不一样的一些运行情况不统一，离心风机的功效会受到影响。将离心风机调节至佳状态，可以从好几个层面下手。
Centrifugal fan is a machine with complicated structure, which is composed of air inlet, electric air valve, centrifugal impeller, motor and vent. In different cases, the function of centrifugal fan is different. Therefore, some different operation conditions are not uniform, and the efficiency of centrifugal fan will be affected. Adjusting the centrifugal fan to a good state can start from several levels.
1、离心风机容许电机额定功率启动或降血压电动式，但应注意，电机额定功率启动时的电流量约为5-7倍的额定电压，降血压电动机扭矩与电流平方米正相关，当电力容积不够时，应使用降血压启动。
1. The centrifugal fan is allowed to start at the rated power of the motor or electric type for reducing blood pressure. However, it should be noted that the current when starting at the rated power of the motor is about 5-7 times the rated voltage. The torque of the motor for reducing blood pressure is positively related to the square meter of current. When the power volume is not enough, the pressure reducing start should be used.
2、离心风机在试运行时，应认真阅读产品手册，检查电线接法是不是同接线方法相符合；应用心检查提供风机开关电源的电压是否符合标准，开关电源是不是断相或同相位差，所配电气元器件的容积是不是符合规定。

During the trial operation of centrifugal fan, carefully read the product manual and check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring method; Check whether the voltage of the fan switch power supply provided meets the standards, whether the switch power supply is out of phase or out of phase, and whether the volume of the distributed gas components meets the regulations.
3、试运行时数量不少于两个人，一人控制电源，一人观查风机运转状况，发觉异常情况马上关机检查；先检查旋转方向是否正确；离心风机逐渐运转后，应该马上检查各相运转电流量是不是均衡、电流量是不是超出额定电压；若有不正常现象，应关机检查。运转五分钟后，关机检查风机是不是有异常情况，确定无异常情况再启动运转。
3. During the trial operation, there should be no less than two people, one person controlling the power supply and the other person observing the operation of the fan. If any abnormal situation is found, immediately shut down the machine for inspection; Firstly, check if the rotation direction is correct; After the centrifugal fan gradually runs, it should immediately check whether the electric flow of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated voltage; If there is any abnormal phenomenon, it should be shut down for inspection. After running for five minutes, shut down the fan and check if there are any abnormalities. Confirm that there are no abnormalities before starting the operation.
4、单速离心风机试运行时，先要启动低速档，检查旋转方向是否正确；启动快速时需要待风机静止不动后重新启动，防止快速反方向转动，激发开关跳闸及电机损伤。

When the single speed centrifugal fan is in trial operation, first start the low gear and check whether the rotation direction is correct; When starting quickly, it is necessary to wait for the fan to remain stationary before restarting to prevent rapid reverse rotation, trigger switch tripping, and motor damage.
5、离心风机做到正常的转速比时，应准确测量风机输入电流是否正常，离心风机的运转电流量不可以超出其额定电压。若运作电流量超出其额定电压，应检查提供的工作电压是否正常。

When the centrifugal fan reaches the normal speed ratio, the fan input current should be accurately measured to see if it is normal, and the running current of the centrifugal fan should not exceed its rated voltage. If the operating power flow exceeds its rated voltage, check whether the provided working voltage is normal.
6、离心风机需要电机功率是指在一定情况下，对离心风机和风机箱，进气口全开落需要输出功率比较大。若进气口开全开展运转，则电机有毁坏的风险。风机试运行时尽量将风机进口的或出入口管路上的闸阀关掉，运转后将闸阀逐渐打开，做到需要工作状况才行，并留意风机的运转电流量是不是超出额定电压。
6. The motor power required for centrifugal fan means that under certain circumstances, for centrifugal fan and fan box, the output power required for full opening and lowering of air inlet is relatively large. If the air inlet is fully opened for operation, there is a risk of damage to the motor. During the trial operation of the fan, try to close the gate valve at the inlet or outlet pipeline of the fan as much as possible. After operation, gradually open the gate valve until it needs to be in working condition, and pay attention to whether the operating current of the fan exceeds the rated voltage.
