离心风机机壳组装时,应以转子轴心线为基准找正机壳的位置并将叶轮进气口与机壳进气口间的轴向和径向空隙高速至设备技能文件规则的范围内,一起查看地脚螺栓是否紧固。其空隙值如设备技能文件无规则时,一般轴向空隙应为叶轮外径的1/100,径向空隙应均匀分布,其数值应为叶轮外径的1.5/1000~3/1000(外径小者取大值)。调整时力求空隙值小一些,以提高风机功率。正常停机按如下程序进行操作。
During the assembly of the centrifugal fan casing, the position of the casing shall be aligned with the rotor axis line as the benchmark, and the axial and radial gaps between the impeller inlet and the casing inlet shall be raised to within the scope of the rules of the equipment skill document, and the foundation bolts shall be checked together to see whether they are fastened. When the gap value is irregular in the equipment skill file, the axial gap should generally be 1/100 of the outer diameter of the impeller, and the radial gap should be evenly distributed, with a value of 1.5/1000-3/1000 of the outer diameter of the impeller (the smaller the outer diameter, the larger value). When adjusting, try to reduce the gap value to increase the fan power. Follow the following procedure for normal shutdown.
1、逐渐打开放空阀(或出口旁通阀),一起逐渐关闭排气阀。
1. Gradually open the vent valve (or outlet bypass valve) and gradually close the exhaust valve together.
2、逐渐关小进气节省门至20~25°。

3、按动停车按钮,并留意停机过程中有无异常现象。

4、离心风机中止5~10min后,或者轴承温度降到45℃以下时可中止供油。关于具有浮环密封的机组,密封油泵有必要持续供油,直至机体温度低于80℃中止。机组中止后,在2~4小时内应定时盘动转子180°。
