（1）离心风机叶轮的修理、保养在叶轮作业初期及一切定时查看的时候，只需一有机会，都有必要查看叶轮是否呈现裂纹、磨损、积尘等缺点。只需有或许，都有必要使叶轮保持清洁状态，并定时用钢丝刷刷去上面的积尘和锈皮等，由于随着运行时间的加长，这些尘埃由于不或许均匀地附着在叶轮上，而形成叶轮平衡损坏，以致引起转子振荡。叶轮只需进行了修理，需要对其再作动平衡。如有条件，能够运用便携试动平衡仪在现场进行平衡。在作动平衡之前，有必要查看一切紧定螺栓是否上紧。由于叶轮现已在不平衡状态下运行了一段时间，这些螺栓或许现已松动。

（2）离心风机机壳与进气室的修理保养除定时查看机壳与进气室内部是否有严重的磨损，清除严重的粉尘堆积之外，这些部位可不进行其他特殊的修理。定时查看一切的紧固螺栓是否紧固，对有压紧螺栓部的风机，将底脚上的蝶形绷簧压紧到图纸所规定的装置高度。
(2) For the repair and maintenance of centrifugal fan casing and air inlet chamber, in addition to regularly checking whether there is serious wear inside the casing and air inlet chamber, and removing serious dust accumulation, these parts may not be subject to other special repairs.
