1、大型离心风机的工作运用

(1)风机试工作合格后，应在风机机壳表面包扎上隔热层，运用绝热材料，以便减少机壳对外的热传达，保护轴承的。而且，隔热层的厚度应控制好，还要可以方便检修和拆开。

(1)正常泊车风机的正常泊车，其操作为：先断其热源，然后将风机转速降至低，让其慢转，直至机壳温度降至常温后，再停止主电机。(2)意外泊车是有突发状况，不得不意外泊车，这时机组处于热态停机，应进行人工盘车，直至机壳温度降至常温以下停止。
