1、大型离心风机的工作运用

(1)风机试工作合格后,应在风机机壳表面包扎上隔热层,运用绝热材料,以便减少机壳对外的热传达,保护轴承的。而且,隔热层的厚度应控制好,还要可以方便检修和拆开。

(1)正常泊车风机的正常泊车,其操作为:先断其热源,然后将风机转速降至低,让其慢转,直至机壳温度降至常温后,再停止主电机。(2)意外泊车是有突发状况,不得不意外泊车,这时机组处于热态停机,应进行人工盘车,直至机壳温度降至常温以下停止。
