离心风机有哪些预防磨损的措施

1、对叶片表面开展解决:对叶片表面能够开展渗氮、低温等离子喷焊、喷漆硬质合金刀具、黏贴陶瓷板解决。这种方式均能够在一定水平上提升叶片表面的强度,进而提升叶片的耐磨性能,但是各种各样工艺处理均存有一定难度系数,不容易实际操作或者价钱高要素减少了对叶片开展解决的可行性分析。
