对铆钉孔处容易产生疲劳裂纹

1、如果叶轮的铆钉头部被磨损,可以通过压紧叶轮体与轮毂用电焊堆焊,让磨损的铆钉头部回到原来的正常状态。

2、对铆钉孔处容易产生疲劳裂纹的情况,可用整根没有用过的新焊条进行焊接修裂纹,但要以叶轮轴心线为中心对称进行,将该裂纹处补焊剩下的焊条留在该处,再用一根新焊条修补相对称的铆钉孔裂纹,焊完后剩下的焊条与对称铆钉修补时剩下的焊条一样长,以确保焊补上去的重量相等。若是对称的铆钉孔处无裂纹也要将焊条堆焊于此处,用来抵消对称铆钉孔裂纹处新补的焊接重量。按照这种对称补重的方法焊接可以修复裂纹。

3、对叶轮进行简单的动平衡试验,方法也很简单。把叶轮支起后用手拨动使之轻轻旋转,达不到平衡的地方会停到较低点且左右摆动。若有偏重可在对面的叶轮的焊痕,也能达到平衡,这样可以把风机修复好进行正常工作了。
