1.
Before the disassembly of centrifugal fan, in addition to the
preparation of disassembly tools and materials, the gate of the inlet
and outlet pipes must be closed tightly for the fan conveying gas or
other harmful gases, and the blind plate should be blocked if necessary.
If the inlet and outlet are both downward, water can be poured into the
lower pipe for water sealing. The height of the water level to be
filled should ensure that harmful gases in the pipeline do not leak into
the workplace.
2.
When removing the pressure of the lubricating oil centrifugal fan,
first release and filter the lubricating oil before cooling, and then
disconnect the flange connecting the oil pipe and the valve body.
3.
When lifting the upper casing or rotor, maintain a horizontal position
to avoid damaging machine components. The longitudinal joint of
centrifugal fan housing shall not be removed. If the cast iron casing
that sends hot gas is cooled, the upper casing must be lifted after
cooling inside the casing.
Before
removing the sliding bearing, the clearance between the bushing and the
thrust surface should be measured. Before removing the seal, the seal
clearance should be measured.

When disassembling, check for any imprints on the removed components.
For some parts that need to be printed without printing, you need to
print them to make it easier to assemble and repair the position. The
parts to be printed include parts that are not allowed to be misplaced
or oriented, and parts that affect balance, such as keys, covers,
bushings and their support rings, couplings and their pins, air inlets
of centrifugal fans, and axial flow through removable centrifugal fan
blades.
